Hundred X pays the club $2 each for your honest and quality feedback regarding many different companies. Each survey takes about a minute to complete and you can do a maximum of 75 surveys per person. That means each person can raise $150!

Prizes Available:
Mid-Campaign Prize - anyone that has hit 75 surveys BY 4/11 will be in a drawing to win a prize (TBD)
End of Campaign Prize (by 5/5) - anyone that has hit 75 surveys will be put in a drawing to win a prize (TBD)
Overall Team Winner - team that generates the most funds will receive a pizza party with their team!
Fundraising Breakdown:
Any money that comes back to the club will be used for field equipment and maintenance (new goals/nets, seeding expenses, etc)
Travel/Interleague: $1 will go back to the club, $1 will go towards the team to be used as you wish (ref fees, tournaments, gear, etc)
2014 Boys and Girls Travel: you will be able to start fundraising even before you start in the fall! $1 will go back to the club, $1 will go towards the team to be used as you wish (ref fees, tournaments, gear, etc)
U4-U7: $2 will go towards the new goals/nets that were just purchased, we are halfway to our goal of replacing them all!

You are only allowed to give up to 50 pieces of feedback per day. And only one email per person. Any duplicate names, your feedback will be flagged and not counted.
YOUR INFORMATION IS NEVER SAVED and once the program ends, you are not contacted again! You will only receive some reminders throughout to reach the goal of 75 surveys!
