Travel Soccer Program (U9-U18)

The East Islip Soccer Club is proud to offer a quality youth sports program once your child finishes Intramural soccer.

U9-U12 is considered Academy Travel and U13 and older is Travel

A few of highlights of our program:

o Full time Director of Coaching developing and overseeing a quality and consistent academy program.

o Full time trained and coached academy teams by the best trainers in the area.

o A program designed for all players develop and play regardless of skill level.

Tryouts:

New travel players are selected after a (2) day tryout event. If your child is accepted into the program, detailed information will be distributed at a parent meeting. The Director of Coaching may suggest sending your child to play at the Inter League level where they can try out for the Academy team again at a later date.

Cost:

The East Islip Soccer Club understands the need for quality training. Our trainers will have a vested interest in getting the team playing better. With some team this will reinforce skills already learned and other cases developing new skills for players. Top trainers also attract players to a team. Teams will always need players as field sizes get bigger and/or players move to the teams and/or other sports. All this added up to an investment required by the parents. Typical training costs will range between $100 to $150 per month based on a 12 month payment schedule. Actual costs will depend on the level of the trainer (experience, certifications etc.) in addition to the other factors such as # of practice sessions a week, tournaments team attends etc., in addition to the number of players on a team. This cost will be a fixed cost per month for the 1 year of travel commitment. We will offer several payment options for you to choose from.

Practices/Trainings:

Some trainers will practice (2) times a week. Others will believe in practicing (3) times week in season. Off-season typically (1 to 2) times week based on indoor availability in the winter. Actual times and dates will be based on field and trainer availability. Teams actual schedule will be handed out during the first parents meeting.
